Our background as Lenders makes us superior in the debt placement business. We underwrite all deals internally before we go to market and prepare a debt proposal package for the Lender, which equates to more accurate quotes and faster response times. There is no cost or obligation to the client for this preparation. We pride ourselves on ensuring that Lenders execute on the terms they represent and do not leave deal execution up to chance.
